Electronic Claims
This is our core line of business. Claims are submitted through our website or secure FTP. Each client has their own secure, password protected page to send claims to us and to view claim status reports. This service works with nearly all practice management software and processes claims in print image NSF, or HIPAA 837 claim file formats.
Electronic Remittance Advice
This service allows any medical practice with a qualified practice management software program to quickly post insurance payments.
Patient Statements
Send us a file and we’ll print and mail your patient statements within 24 hours of receiving them.
Total Claim (Paper Claim Printing and Mailing)
MCC can take care of both your electronic and print claim needs. We will print and mail paper claims to carriers who do not accept electronic claims. Your paper claims are run through a set of paper claim edits to reduce clerical error and speed processing.
Eligibility
Both batch and individual eligibility inquiries are available through MCC. Regardless of the size of your practice we have an effective eligibility solution to fit your needs.
Secure FTP
MCC has the capability of accepting files and returning files to you with Secure FTP. This is HIPAA compliant for data transfer and works best with patient accounting systems that have an integrated file transfer capacity.
Claim Management Tool™ (Free)
All MCC claim submitting clients can use our new Claim Management Tool to look up claims by patient, payer, month, submitted date, or date of service. This free service enables you to quickly locate a claim’s status, avoid time-draining searches through paper files, and identify claims rejected by MCC upfront edits for faster resolution and resubmission.
